Package: gscan2pdf
Version: 0.9.32~1
Severity: wishlist
Most GUI apps have three leading icons:
01 New
02 Open
03 Save
Currently the first five file operation icons in 'gscan2pdf' are:
1 Clears all pages
2 Open gscan2pdf session file
3 Import image file(s)
4 Scan document
5 Save
It seems like #1 & #4 might be combined as #01, or at least should be
next to each other. #2 & #3 are together, but might also be
combined as #02. Combining might be done in the window that pops up
via a pulldown for selecting a mode, or as a mouse left/right click,
(i.e., a mouseover on a revised #01 might read "Scan/Clear", a left
click would scan, and a right click would clear).
The icon images are non-standard:
Image Standard gscan2pdf assignment
blank page w/ corner fold New Clears all pages
floppy w/ left arrow ??? Open gscan2pdf session file
open folder Open Import image file(s)
open flatbed scanner ??? Scan document
floppy Save Save
Hope this helps...
