I can't add addresses to the address book with the abook_take plugin:

I've been told abook_take was rendered incompatible because a security upgrade
in squirrelmail.

The abook_take plugin is not part of SquirrelMail 1.4 anymore and has been
superseded by the Add Address plugin as per upstream:
