Package: gnome-panel
Version: 3.2.1-2+b1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

When clicking the nm-applet icon and selecting "Network settings", nothing is
displayed.

..xsession-errors displays the following error:
JS LOG: Settings panel for desktop file gnome-network-panel.desktop could not
be loaded!

And indeed; the file /usr/share/applications/gnome-network-panel.desktop no
longer exists.
