Hi,
currently[1], qbankmanager does not compile on GNU/Hurd.
The problem is that it is used the wrong type to pass to iconv();
the attached patch makes use of __GLIBC__ to set the proper type,
instead of adding a new OS_HURD, since such iconv() is part of glibc.
