Hi!

While trying to run pgadmin3 under gdb I saw:

=====
$ gdb pgadmin3
GNU gdb (GDB) 7.3-debian
Copyright (C) 2011 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
License GPLv3+: GNU GPL version 3 or later <http://gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html>

This GDB was configured as "x86_64-linux-gnu".
For bug reporting instructions, please see:
<http://www.gnu.org/software/gdb/bugs/>...
Reading symbols from /usr/bin/pgadmin3...Reading symbols from
/usr/lib/debug/usr/bin/pgadmin3...(no debugging symbols found)...done.
(no debugging symbols found)...done.
(gdb)
=====

Note the "no debugging symbols found"

While CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS is being defined with -g in debian/rules, it seems
that they aren't being passed for the building environment (only "-Wall
-O2" is being used).

For example, in
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=pgadmin3&arch=amd64&ver=1.14.0-2&stamp=1323518735
it's possible to see this behavior (no -g being used).

Thank you!

Best regards,
Nelson
