Hi Mark,
In
/usr/share/xml/docbook/custom/slides/3.3.1/xsl/xhtml/slides-common.xsl
you have an import from the net:
<xsl:import
href="http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/xhtml/chunk.xsl"/>
you can change the reference to
<xsl:import href="../../../../../stylesheet/nwalsh/xhtml/chunk.xsl"/>
Mark, if you can't make the upload, I cant do it, just drop me a mail.
Cheers,
Arnaud.

It's been open for years without way to reproduce. I have been using
slides for ~3 years with catalog system without troubles. Closing.
Thanks
