Severity: important
After installing DSA-2480-1, the Request Tracker web interface
periodically stops responding. It does take whatever action the user
requested (e.g. it will send a reply), but no response comes back to the
user, and eventually the connection is reset.
Re-loading the page will sometimes make it work again -- for example, it
timed out loading my daashboard, but after five minutes I refreshed the
page, and it worked.
Apache (and indeed, the entire server) has been restarted since the
upgrade. The e-mail hotfix has been applied, which accounts for the
debsums error below.
(This upgrade was applied to the server before the serious problems with
this release became known.)
