Atop has never heard about th eidle schduling priority in Linux. To
test:
# chrt -i 0 bash -c "while true; do echo >/dev/null; done" &
this creates an process that consumes all idle cpu. if you now run atop
and hit 'g', you will see that the priority scheduling column is set to '?'.
