Package: claws-mail
Version: 3.8.0-2
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
I observe a total X crash when I try to "launch" claws-mail, clicking
on the trayicon in the systray. I think it's related to X.org or GTK,
but this bug appears only with claws-mail (other trayicons are working
fine). I precise I'm using WMFS in an experimental version but, again,
this happens only with claws-mail.
I join to this report the X11 log, maybe it could help you.
Best regards

The program 'claws-mail' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'RenderBadPicture (invalid Picture parameter)'.
(Details: serial 1341 error_code 163 request_code 149 minor_code 7)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
