excuse me, but that is not a bug at all but intended mode of operation:
all drafts must have a From: header in 1.5.
you should have been shown the NEWS.Debian on install, which outlines
and points you to /usr/share/doc/nhm/NEWS.gz for more detail,
where NOTABLE CHANGES explains why the change was made, and how to
adjust to it.
basically you have to adjust your /personal/ component files and possibly
.mh_profile, neither of which the package can do on install or upgrade.
you can copy over /etc/nmh/components if your components file was never
modified from the defaults.
