While installing your latest package of sql-ledger I got the error:

My investigation showed that "over" is now a reserved word in PostgreSQL.
This issue was also fixed by the upstream author in release 3.0.2 on the 17th
of April this year, and a check of the latest release (3.0.3) shows that the
sql is indeed changed, and that the name of that field has changed.
