Package: wpasupplicant
Version: 0.6.10-2
Severity: important

In my wpa_supplicant config file I have entries like:
network={
        ssid="Network"
        key_mgmt=NONE
        wep_key0=aaaaaaaaaa
}

It used to work, but I have tried again recently and while wpa_gui reported I
associated correctly with the AP I could not get a DHCP address.
iwconfig reports that the correct essid is set , but also "Encryption key:off"
running
#iwconfig wlan0 key aaaaaaaaaa essid Network
solves the problem, so I take wpa_supplicand doesn't properly set the wep key.
I've tried with both wpa-driver set to nl80211 and wext in
/etc/network/interfaces, to no avail.
Everything's fine with WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK or unencripted connections.
Cheers,

Luca
