Package: telepathy-butterfly
Version: 0.5.15-2.1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

telepathy-butterfly depends pyth-papyon wich depends on python-farsight, which
in turn depends on libgstfarsight0.10-0. Unfortunately, empathy now depends on
libfarstream-0.1-0 which conflicts with libgstfarsight0.10-0. As a result it's
no longer possible to have telepathy-butterfly installed with empathy... MSN
being what it is (a really widely used network). I think this sutuation is has
to be fixed if possible.

*** Please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
Emapthy now using libfarstream instead of libgstfarsight

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Set up my msn account using msn-pecan backend.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
CAn now connect to msn network, but the account is not tighly integrated (eg
with Gnome Online Account daemon).

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Setting up MSN in GOA is enough to have it in empathy.
