Package: lyx
Version: 1.3.2-1
Severity: normal
This bug shows itself when there are nested file inlude:inputs.
Say for example I have the following documents :
/home/user/chapter1/chapter1.lyx
/home/user/chapter2/chapter2.lyx which includes chapter1.lyx
/home/user/chapter3/chapter3.lyx which includes chapter2.lyx
When you try to view chapter3 as a post script file, the application
doesn't know where to find chapter1.tex for processing.
The reason for this bug is that the temp files are all stored in
seperate directories :
$ ls /tmp/lyx_tmpdir3389IpSnM2/
lyx_tmpbuf0 lyx_tmpbuf1 lyx_tmpbuf2
Each of the chapter*.tex files are stored in a seperate subfolder and
hence the app. can't find the *.tex file it is looking for.
The error reported by lyx is :
LaTeX Error: File
[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@chapter2.tex' not
[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@chapter2.tex}

Thanks a lot for looking into this, Georg. Matt, please do tell me if
