Unfortunately you'll have to talk to the plesk people to fix the situation
and change their packages to depend on libarchive1 (rather then their
own libarchive package which is missing the SONAME in package name).
You need to get rid of this (incorrectly packaged) plesk version to solve
your immediate problem.
apt-get remove libarchive
