Unfortunately, this broke something in the installer on ARM. qcontrol, which is used on some machines (notably QNAP NAS devices) to set the LEDs and use the beeper make use of gpio_keys and /dev/input/by-path/platform-gpio-keys-event. This no longer works because the udev rules are missing. I see two options: a) Move 60-persistent-input.rules (and based on #628012 input_id back to the main udev-udeb) b) Add udev rules to qcontrol.
