While evaluating git2cl, I stumbled upon an issue with the manual page,
namely that the example commands therein, when pasted into a shell
session, do not work.
This is because the manpage uses \[em], while the commands expect a
double-dash.
Please update the man page to use \-\- or some similar solution, so that
the commands can be pasted to a shell as-is.
