Package: libtasn1-2

Hi,

after building the package once, subsequent calls to debuild fail:

dpkg-source: building libtasn1-2 using existing libtasn1-2_0.2.10.orig.tar.gz

debian/rules clean should undo all build effects. This doesn't work
here.

Greetings
Marc
