Review/Statistics directory but since 3.20 it has moved to

I verified this with a plain ITK 3.20 "make install".

Unfortunately, this is by design. Debian ITK is compiled to
use the NEW "Review/Statistics" module, which replaces
the code in Numerics/Statistics.
The CMakeList indicates that this does change the API.
Hopefully google can locate the changes you need to make
for your code.
