German Umlauts arent displayed correctly.
i had an working collection of lib32Qt before, because older versions of
ia32-libs-gtk had no QT support, but i decided its time to clean this up.
I removed all libs from /usr/lib32 and then reinstalled every lib32 and
ia32 pakets i use.
I'm on Debian wheezy

Hi,
ia32-libs now installs i386 packages via multiarch and does no longer
include any files itself. If there are issues like programs looking for
plugins in the wrong location, these should be reported directly against
the involved packages.
