Package: kompozer
Version: 1:0.8~b3-2
Severity: normal

When editing a table, a right click on a table cell does not provide the
"table cell properties ..." menu option. This option is required here,
because it allows for adjustment of image vertical alignment, as well as
providing other options.

Currently a workaround consists of:
Click: Required cell, Menu: Table, Table Properties, Tab: Cell
