I just went though the process of getting my system to be able to read
encrypted dvds which require libdvdcss. The best solution I found was to
download the .deb for libdvdcss from deb-multimedia.org and would suggest you
add this info to the /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/README.css file to point to the
following link
