It seems that the NICE level cannot be set in either /et/backuppc/config.pl or
anything
like /etc/backuppc/nice, so I looked at /etc/init.d/backuppc. There is a NICE
value
variable there but users are told not to change it and read
/usr/share/doc/backuppc/README.Debian − but that file says nothing about this
issue.
