Package: tar
Essential: yes
Status: install ok installed
Priority: required
Section: utils
Installed-Size: 2108
Maintainer: Bdale Garbee<[email protected]>
Architecture: amd64
Version: 1.23-3

I do incremental backup.

tar czvf /test/inc.tar.gzip -g test/ds.inc --same-owner --exclude=test /

the snart file(ds.inc) has ~17MB like below and tar interrupts with
segmentation fault.

17M 02-06 22:52 ds.inc

If the ds.inc has about ~7-8MB tar works fine.

Best regards, PB

With tar 1.26 now in Debian and targeted for release with wheezy, I'm
closing this bug with no further action taken.
