Could you make sure Vorbis playback works right in the latest
testing/unstable and experimental packages of Mednafen? I've got at
least one person saying it's borked for recent updates to 0.8.D.3.
0.9.x has a CD-DA player that'll come right up, but you'll need to use
the PCE CD CD-DA player for 0.8.x.
For 0.8.x hit "Enter" after startup to get to the CD-DA player screen,
then hit keypad button 3 to activate playback.
You'll also need to invoke 0.8.x Mednafen as something like:
mednafen -pce.cdbios syscard3.pce test-vorbis.cue
