When I run aide on my debian woody with command 'check'

./bin/aide --check --config=aide-all.conf

It hang on. I was waiting about 12 hoers and nothing happened.
The program was still running and consume about 95% of CPU.
The data base for aide (init command) was initialized about 2 weeks ego.

When I use the aide from 'sid' distro (aide is not dynamic executable)
with the same config and data base the check command run successful.

The strace program, when I would like to watch aide in action, return
any output.

With the verbose=255 option in config, the last line was:

...

Since that question is unanswered, and sarge has been released (with
an aide version younger than the one that was reported as "OK" by the
submitter), I am closing this bug for all versions later than 0.10-2
which was in sid in April 2004.

Greetings
Marc
