Assuming you have looked at the upstream documentation to learn how to
enable AppArmor, and assuming you did not find this information, then
I'd rather see the upstream documentation (which we point to)
improved, than replicate every trivial bit such as this one on the
Debian wiki and hope $someone will maintain it.

Editing the user's boot loader configuration file automatically is
tricky, but if you want to give it a try, I suggest using Augeas.
