I wish to install te newest version on my Debian Wheezy system, but
can't. The output of the command line follows:

$ sudo aptitude install subtitleeditor/experimental

Hi,

from what I see it's a problem of your Pin-Priority for experimental (see the 
man
page for reference[1]) and not a problem of subtitleeditor. Either increase the
Pin-Priority to at least 100 or try something like:

sudo aptitude install subtitleeditor/experimental 
libsubtitleeditor0/experimental

I'll close this bug.
