Package: smbclient
Version: 2.2.3a-12.3
Severity: normal

The smbclient manpage says :-

       link source destination
This command depends on the server supporting the
CIFS UNIX extensions and will fail if the server
ate a hard link between the source and destination
files. The source file must not exist.

Presumably, "The source file must not exist" should be "The
destination file must not exist" or perhaps "The source file must
exist".

Version: 3.0.14a-6

The current version has reworded this for clarity:

    link target linkname
This command depends on the server supporting the CIFS UNIX
extensions and will fail if the server does not. The client requests
that the server create a hard link between the linkname and target
files. The linkname file must not exist.
