I can't run top with my config after dist-upgrade, it says:
top: incompatible rcfile, you should delete '<$HOME>/.toprc'
I think it's bug, because after deleting config new one saves with
binary fields. If it's not a bug, I think you should document this in
changelog or readme and provide a migrate script. Old config in
attachment.

It was fixed a while ago but missed the changelog due to it being
reopened.  I'm running 3.3.7 and top happily took your sample toprc in
the bug report.  It looks like there are two windows, one for each CPU
to me.

Going through the git logs, I can see commit[1] which has the toprc fix
and that went into release 3.3.5.
