Package: scm
Version: 5d2-3
Do the following:
$ scm /usr/share/doc/scm/examples/bench.scm
"/usr/share/slib/mklibcat", line 199:
;loaded from "/usr/share/doc/scm/examples/bench.scm", line 44:
;ERROR: Permission denied
ERROR: OPEN-OUTPUT-FILE couldn't open file "/usr/lib/scm/slibcat"
>
strace shows that scm is trying to open /usr/lib/scm/slibcat in
write-only mode.
That can't be right, can it?
(the same happens by just starting scm and pressing CTRL-C)

It is not clear when this bug was fixed, but it is certain that it
does not exist in version 5d9-5. Probably lots sooner, actually.
