I rebuilt stackapplet in a minimal chroot. The resulting binary package
didn't byte-compile its Python modules anymore.
Indeed, debian/rules doesn't call any helper that'd take care of it
(except when python-support is installed in the build environment, but
you don't build-depend on it).
