The upstream source has a fix for the lack of screen locking for
multi-head non-Xinerama screens incorporated in 4.22. I had thought I
opened a ticket on this before 4.22 was available and received back
acknowledgement that it would be fixed upstream in 4.22, but I can not
find the ticket to reference now. But 4.22 has been released for a
while is and is supposed to fix this problem.
