Package: emacs24
Version: 24.1+1-2
Severity: normal
A Ctrl-G in an Emacs 24.1 running in a terminal sends a SIGINT to
the parent shell. This can be seen with dash, mksh and posh. For
instance:
$ dash -c "/usr/bin/emacs24 -Q -nw"
$ echo $?
130
Emacs 23 didn't have such a problem.

I confirm that the bug seems to be fixed in emacs24 24.3+1-1.
I cannot reproduce the problem with:
dash -c "/usr/bin/emacs24 -Q -nw"
while the problem still occurs with:
dash -c "/usr/local/emacs-24.2/bin/emacs -Q -nw"
(upstream GNU Emacs 24.2.1). So the change apparently comes from
the Emacs version (and not the shell).
So, I'm closing the bug.
