Package: gallery2
Version: 2.1-1
Severity: important
This also happened for me with the 2.0.99 release.
Unfortunately I do not know how to generate any more information, other than:

I have tried enabling debugging in /etc/gallery2/config.php, but the upgrade
pages, either
do not log, or ignore that parameter.
Going back to 2.0.4-1 by re-installing that package works, but the upgrade
fails every time
that I try. It should not be running out of memory as I gave PHP 200M to play
with...
If I can give any further information, please let me know!
Cheers,
Paul
