While upgrading several debian Packages (using aptitude) including
- libruby1.8 from version 1.8.2-9 to version 1.8.3-2
- libopenssl-ruby1.8 from version 1.8.2-9 to version 1.8.3-2
the upgrade process tries to upgrade libruby1.8 before upgrading
libopenssl-ruby1.8 and fails. The new libruby1.8 comes with a file
(net/https.rb) which is also present in the old libopenssl-ruby1.8.
