this isn't a bug I would say. As the name say, it's a (single) virtual
folder and a virtual folder can't have real (that would be also virtual
folders) or other virtual folders.
So if you want arrange multiple folder in one folder then the virtual
folder is the choise you have to made. In Properties Settings you can
activate any subfolders you want, mor settings have to done with the
filtering rulesets.
