--- Begin Message ---Package: virtualbox Version: 4.2.10-dfsg-1 Severity: normal Since upgrade to virtualbox 4.2.10 I've noticed that shared folders no longer working -- there is no response when I try to open "\\vboxsvr\myhome" (window just hangs). In virtualbox 4.1.18 and prior versions I could use this functionality in WinXP VMs to access my home folder on host machine. Upgrading guest tools did not help. --- Begin Message ---I found a root cause for this problem and it have nothing to do with Virtualbox. (It was due to hidden folder symlinked to automounted NFS location that got broken around the time when I upgraded Virtualbox). Sorry, sorry, sorry -- closing.
