irmp3 should close and re-open its log files when it receives a SIGHUP
signal, to allow the log file to be rotated/compressed/deleted/whatever.
The following patch adds the single call to log_open() when the daemon
reconfigures itself.

irmp3 was removed [1] from unstable, and did not ship with sarge, I'm
closing all bugs now.
