Package: samba (woody)
Version: 2.2.3a-14.1
Severity: Important

Since the security update:

If i try to delete a file on a samba server, and i dont't have the permission
to do so, no errror message will appear on my windows client. On
Total-Commander the file simple not deletet. On windows explorer the file
diappears an after pressing 'F5' (referesh) the file already there.

The behavior of the samba version before the security fix was to give an error
message to the windows client: access denied.

Tested on verious samba servers and windows clients.
