Package: rwho
Version: 0.17-7
Severity: normal
File: /usr/bin/ruptime

Hi,

I have several Debian/Testing machines, most of which are online all the
time (24/7).

daisy up 19:10, 2 users, load 1.10, 1.15, 1.33
dave up 53+03:44, 0 users, load 0.00, 0.00, 0.01
dede up 53+03:46, 0 users, load 0.04, 0.13, 0.17
dido up 21:01, 0 users, load 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
dito up 21:01, 0 users, load 0.00, 0.02, 0.11

This is the ruptime report from daisy ... (My Desktop machine).

It however does not display the fact that "dune" my laptop is online,
which it is:

Here is the ruptime report from "dune":

daisy up 19:13, 2 users, load 1.08, 1.13, 1.29
dave up 53+03:47, 0 users, load 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
dede up 53+03:49, 0 users, load 0.00, 0.07, 0.14
dido up 21:04, 0 users, load 0.02, 0.01, 0.00
dito up 21:04, 0 users, load 0.00, 0.01, 0.08
doby down 13+22:25
dune up 1:27, 0 users, load 0.00, 0.00, 0.00

Notice the difference ?

dune even display that "doby" another laptop is down, whereas the other
machines on the network (which are online 24/7) do not...

I hope this helps in some way...

cheers
James
