are missing. The 2 servers are on Debian Wheezy with packages up to date.

In fact, /usr/lib/erlang/lib/xmerl-1.3.1/include is shipped with the
erlang-dev package, and .../doc and .../info are in the erlang-doc
package. So, this bug is invalid, and I'm closing it.
