As I fixed http://bugs.debian.org/710643 , I see ibus/1.5.1.is.1.4.2-2
was build properly on all arch.

hppa is not a release arch.
Since build log lacks earlier part, I am guessing but I bet hppa system
used to build this package lacks some texlive package or texlive package
was broken there.
By the way, are you trying to bring parisc back ?
If so and if you think this is important for you, please provide more
info (Full build log, proof of texlive working and installed there.)
while reopening this bug. But building for 13 arches without error
seems to make me think this is not my bug but bug in your build system.
