Another one I missed in my previous run. haskell-hopenpgp build-depends
on binaries from haskell-ixset, which build-depends on binaries from
haskell-syb-with-class, which build-depends on ghc-ghci. Now that GHCi
is disabled on ARM, haskell-hopenpgp is unbuildable there and its
binaries should be removed.
$ dak rm -Rn -a armel,armhf -b libghc-hopenpgp-dev libghc-hopenpgp-prof
