Package: ulogd
Version: 1.02-1
Severity: wishlist
I tried to run this daemon as unprivileged user; changed logfiles user
and permisions but it failed to start due to:
ERROR: Unable to bind netlink socket: Operation not permitted
Whould it be possible do it changing owner/group/permission on some /dev
file? I do not know if it is possible allowing some unprivileged user or group
to
read iptables ulogs from kernel.
