Install Torrus (torrus-common, torrus-apache2), configure it to poll a device, 
browse to web page from another device, it works.  Run aptitude install 
netdisco-frontend, restart Apache, Torrus web page no longer available.  Web 
page displays:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to 
complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@localhost and inform them of 
the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have
