Package: rxvt
Version: 1:2.6.4-6
Severity: normal

-- System Information
Debian Release: 3.0
Architecture: i386
Kernel: Linux soggy 2.4.17 #7 Thu Jun 13 23:17:39 PDT 2002 i686
Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C

Versions of packages rxvt depends on:
ii base-passwd 3.4.1 Debian Base System Password/Group
ii libc6 2.2.5-6 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an
ii xlibs 4.1.0-16 X Window System client libraries

rxvt ignores the geometry specification on my system.

I have tried both .Xresources and from the command line directly
and it always brings up the window at the same _location_.

Strangely enough, the size does change...

Brian

I have successfully modified size (in terminal characters, not as
pixels) and position with a -geometry parameter. This may have been
corrected with 1.2.7 upstream.
