yes, v4l2loopback-0.6.1 is incompatible with newer kernels.
you need v4l2loopback-0.7.0 (which is already in jessie) for kernel-3.10.

since you are using a backports-kernel, i don't think you can really
expect that all kernel-modules (found in your distribution, not in
backports) can work with any future kernel.

luckily you should be able to simply install the v4l2loopback-dkms
package from jessie.
