The IDLE command allow ask IMAP server to hold connection opened and
waiting for a new mail. When mail arrive server notify client, then new
message should be retrieved. To hold connection permanent client should
send NOOP before time out (30 minutes). Implementing this feature allow
receive message immediately without frequent and ineffective requests
for a long period of time. The cost of such communication way is more
memory usage on the server side, but in many cases this may be
acceptable.
