desktop-base lacks Misc Depends despite it using debhelper which might
be useful to add as a best practice. The attached patch fixes this in
desktop-base please feel free to include it in your next update to
this package.

I did this without thinking it through and Joss (rightly) pointed out
misc:Depends pulls in a lot of stuff it shouldn't, since the package isn't
split as it should be.
